Today, I am remembering great great grandmother, Georgina Maria Annette COX who died at Heathcote, Victoria, 82 years ago, on 31 January 1943, and was buried at the Heathcote Cemetery.
Georgina Maria Annette COX was the fourth child of Richard COX and Mary Jane Edgecombe SULLY. She was born in Heathcote, on 10 December 1857. On 17 October 1874, Georgina married Albert Thomas Love. The couple had two daughers, Ada Louisa who was my great grandmother, and Alberta Sarah Rachel.
On 9 February 1876, Thomas passed away, leaving Georgina with two young children, the eldest was twelve months old and the youngest four months old.
On 9 April, 1880, Georgina married James TRANTER, also from Heathcote. Nine children were born to this marriage between 1880 and 1901
